Tasting Notes
Aromas of vanilla, caramel, honey melon and hints of baked apple crisp excite the senses. Meyer lemon melds with toasted coconut flakes to thrill the palate, which is reminiscent of marshmallows roasting over a campfire. Soft, balanced acidity and creamy finish. Grapes were selected from vineyards in renowned Chardonnay locations including south Napa Valley, St Helena and Santa Barbara. The proximity of these vineyards to the fog and breeze from San Francisco and Marin Bay creates a cooler climate, which is ideal for growing Chardonnay.

Chardonnay grapes are carefully hand-picked, harvested and crushed. Fermented and aged in 100% French oak barrels, 24% of which were new, this wine completes 88% malolactic fermentation and undergoes lees stirring for five months.
